Kevin was extremely helpful. There were no pushy sales tactics, just helpful advice. We felt comfortable with all of the social distancing measures in place and staff were also courteous in that regard.

met at the door by Ashley who explained the way round the store. As we didnt know what we wanted he put us on the sleepmatch machine and gave us protective covers and then explained what sort of mattress we needed. We were then given pillows and told to try the beds but he took us the bed which had the mattress the sleepmatch recommended. Social distancing was set out throughout the store with hand sanitiser

We were greated on arrival and dealt with very quickley. Nothing was to much trouble, we were offered a drink and the service was very personnal. I will definetly be returing in a few months for a bed purchase. I came in to add an additional wordrobe onto the ones i bought from you last year as the service was great then also and the collegue remembered us from last year which was nice.
