On initial arrival we was friendly greeted by Kevin who was very welcoming and friendly and asked if we would like a hot drink, he acknowledged our 8 year old daughter and asked if she would like a drink and got her some colours and paper to keep her occupied. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from Kevin but very helpful and knowledgeable with any question we asked. Overall we are extremely happy with our experience and with our purchases too. There was two other sales staff who where very friendly and they each took there time to make us all feel welcomed too.

The staff were extremely helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Even carried my stuff to my car for me. Such friendly people I could have stayed for hours and chatted if I wasn't in such a rush.
