The store assistant Ashley was very informative and we took his advice and guidance. We are more than satisfied and would recommend friends and family.

I had looked online for reasonable prices, for a double bed for my daughter, without breaking the bank. Dreams St Helens has got excellent reviews and when I looked at the products, I thought for the quality, based on the reviews, they were very fairly priced, compared to other big bed retailers. Dreams offered us different options for what we wanted to pay. We went in for a look and we were welcomed, but nobody came to pester us; it was just the right welcome. We approached somebody to show us to the specific divan base and mattress we were looking for and Andrew took us to Veronica? the bed experience! That was really interesting. From there he explained which mattress my daughter suited - he showed us to the mattress and gave us an idea of bases without pushing expensive products on us, as I had told him already that I was willing to spend about 400 pound. We ended up getting the classic divan base but paying slightly more for a better mattress than I had seen on the internet, to suit my daughter, that was half price from 400 pound to 200 pound. Andrew knew what we wanted and pitched the right products at us, without us feeling under any pressure.
