I was highly satisfied with the customer service, Kevin explained everything we needed to know from a warm welcome on entering the shop to explaining how the bed machine works, testing out various beds & pillows . We were asked would we like a drink & all our purchases were explained to us

From the minute I walked in I was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Ashley who understood and helped me with my recent purchase. He suggested that I went on the mattress match which helps choose your mattress which in all honesty we didn’t need because his knowledge was good enough as the one he suggested came out on the top of this list. I am really happy for all the help and patience Ashley gave me throughout my decision on my purchase.
