we have used this store before and staff very helpfull

The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. He was on the phone when we arrived in the store but made himself available to us as soon as he could (we had spoken briefly with another assistant prior to this and were browsing whilst waiting for the sleep assessment machine which was already in use). We got the opportunity to try a good selection of matresses at a range of prices before making a final decision. We were even offered drinks whilst shopping.

Kevin went above and beyond to help with our order! He was friendly knowledgeable and despite being left on his own his customer service was excellent. We drove 3.5 hours to this shop and were very impressed!

I have to start by saying how impressed I was with Andrew ( the sales person) he was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy which is unusual for a sales person. He answered all our queries without hesitation he offered us (my wife and I )a drink a couple of times which on the second time of asking we accepted a bottle of spring water. My wife and I were really pleased with the deal he gave us ( we had already done our homework) which was just under what we had agreed between us having done our figures prior to going into the shop so all in all we were made up 10 out of10. Way to go Dreams. Thank you.
