The assistant was excellent, put us at ease. We were left to browse but had made herself available if we needed any assistance, this helped with us purchasing the bed, mattress and headboard from the store, it was refreshing that there was no heavy selling as I detest feeling pressured. Perfect experience and happy to make a purchase. Thank you to sales assistant, st helens

Staff where great spoke to about 3 members of staff happy smiling engaging and helpful and very proactive. Their knowledge was great and very personable aswell

Friendly knowledgable staff

I was made to feel welcome by all staff in the sthelens store especially julie she understood my health conditions and also that i was on a budget. I brought my 2 year old daughter along with me and all the staff were great with her also.

The main reason was because the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even took the time to make sure my children were entertained and even offered us a cup of tea! He name was andrew from the St. Helens branch.

Used the sleep machine. Then shown different options that where recommended.
