the service was very good new what I was looking for and where not pressured in to buying allowed to look around and take time to make mine up all together an enjoyable experience would highly recommend

Knowlegable freindly staff was offered a drink while in store felt custom was apprechiated not rushed able to try a varity of firm matresses to fine the one my husband prefered

Mia and Kevin were both excellent in their customer service skills. I loved the mattress matching experience! I want at least another 2 mattresses as soon as I can organise it.

Just highly friendly staff, very accommodating to our needs a just a lovely person who dealt with us.

I needed 2 mattresses pillows and removal I got everything I asked for can’t complain.

Was approached in the store to ask if I needed any help, Ash the advisor was helpful in showing me the beds I came in to look at and showing me the colours available

When entering the shop we were greeted by Ashley who providing us with excellent customer service throughout our whole experience. He even offered us a hot drink which was excellent. He had great knowledge of all the products in store and was able to explain and demonstrate each of them to help us make a decision on the bed we decided to buy. He was a very nice gentlemen and made our whole buying experience excellent.

Mr Ashley who was working there when I approached This customer adjustment impressed me so much that when I was late he explained to me everything and he invited me to buy it after I decided to be alone. very good customer service that’s why I recommended dreams every one my boss planned will come St. Helens dreams store specially Mr.Ashley good officer
