Very helpful staff but not overly pushy. Gave us plenty of time to mak3 the right choice.

we were made welcome to the store with out any pushy or in your face sales patter, we were given time to look around, the sales person Andrew was extremely helpful providing hot chocolate while browsing, we ere never made to feel under pressure to purchase , it was a very pleasant and refreshing shopping experience, and we would definitely return and / or recommend to family and friends over all excellent

We have purchased all our beds from Dreams . This time as always the store staff were attentive but not pushy . They were able to determine our need and looked at range of options within our price range . Whilst viewing the products we were given refreshments. The purchases were very easy and Ashley was able to find a delivery slot to suit our requirements

Quick and friendly

I was highly satisfied with my experience as the gentlemen in the store were extremely helpful, friendly and approachable.

Ashley was really helpful, he didn’t jump on us as soon as we came in, he allowed us to walk around a bit first. Really understood what we were looking for and was very nice about making sure I was comfortable with my health condition (ie he checked if I was ok with stairs or needed the lift). Didn’t try and up sell us over our budget and was really patient whilst we made our choice. We had planned to look around other stores first but the overall experience was so good we were happy to go ahead straight away.
