So glad My friend recommended dreams ‘Dreams are a dream!’ Ashley helped us at the St Helens store gave us time to look around knew exactly what we wanted and the first bed he showed us was the one we bought loved the scanning machine gave us reassurance we bought the right mattress, the ordering and customer service was fantastic we actually had an enjoyable shopping trip we’d highly recommend dreams to anybody and have been singing your praises to all thank you nicky taylor

Ashley the Dreams representative was very attentive and supportive during the two visits we made to the store. Ashley was extremely patient with us and did not pressure or crowd us at any time. Ashley made the experience enjoyable rather than being a chore. Excellent customer service!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Explained about the sleep match bed and ensured we were comfortable using it. I was undecided between two mattresses and they gave all the information needed about both and which was the best recommendation according to the match. I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision. They were very encouraging for me to try both to get which was best for me. Have already recommended to people to go and get matched to their ideal mattress. An overall excellent experience. Great staff to fro t your St. Helens store.

We were greeted really well and shown the exact product we were looking for, we were given a chance to look around in case we wanted to choose a different one which was very considerate. We were offered a drink even though we weren’t going to be there that long, that was so kind, because it was a cold day.
