From the moment I got into your St. Helens store I was greeted with hello a smile and do I need assistance, he was helpful I told him what kind of bed I needed because of my disability he talked me through the firmness off mattresses and I tried out a lot of beds in the end I picked my mattress, base and headboard he was so polite and friendly I even got a free duvet and pillows which was a lovely surprise he got me a cup of hot chocolate why we was filling in paper work I left my deposit and got my delivery date there going to assemble the bed for me which is a great relief, I left your store a happy customer

On attending the shop the assistant was so friendly and helpful. I felt that he was ery informative and took time to help. On placing our order there was a problem with the computer. However, Ashley kept us up to date about the processing of our order. Once completed he immediately phone me to reassure me my order was complete. All staff very helpful
