Employees name was Andy at the St Helens store on the retail park. He made finding the right bed for me so simple and easy. He was extremely friendly and professional. He was a credit to the company and his knowledge was second to none. I have recommended the store and products to friends and family already. Very pleased over all.

Ashley was extremely helpful. I discussed with him what I had seen on the internet and he took me to the products I would like to see, explaining the products and their qualities. When I decided that the mattress I had seen on the internet was not comfortable for me, Ashley asked me if I would like to try the Sleepmatch. This was very useful in helping me discover which mattress was best for me. Ashley then spent time with me going through my options within my budget, giving me lots of advice and guidance on the different products. Once I had chosen what I would like, Ashley then helped me place my order and again was very helpful going through the different options available for me. He also arranged a time for delivery that was convenient for myself and my husband. I could not be more happy with the level of service I received and the product I have chosen. I am very much looking forward to receiving my product and having a great nights sleep :) Thank you Ashley

Very friendly and informative staff members couldnt do enough to help . Offers of tea coffee and hot choc .very knowledgable and helped us alot .

The staff where very helpful their service is highly recommended to my friends and my family who also purchased a double mattress and a single bed and mattress Also we have a problem with buying pillows that have not been suitable for us sleeping as we looked around after deciding which mattress we where having we saw some pillows the assistant gave us one to try and went into detail how it would help with our sleeping so we ended up buying 2 costing £69 each but well worth the money and we did have a good sleep

Upon entering the store we were met by Kevin who was extremely friendly without being pushy. Offered tea and coffee, and after establishing our requirements, mum was offered use of the machine that analyses individual for most suutable mattress.

Julie was extremely helpful and friendly. Julie helped us choose our new bed frame and mattress. Julie said hello to us as soon as we walked in. We felt so welcome and we took the sleepmatch test with Julie’s help. We were shown different mattresses to try and found the perfect one for us. We were given drinks and allowed plenty of time to look round and make our decision.

The store was clean and very well set up, and I was acknowledged and offered help right away and a drink. The young man, Andy, who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Exactly, what I expect when I walk into a shop!
