We were assisted by Kevin at the St.Helens store. He was absolutely brilliant. He let us both try the bed that tells you which is the correct mattress for you to use. He advised but never pushed on all kinds of products and we bought a bed, mattress and mattress protector. The bed is only available in 4/5 weeks but that is not his fault as he explained why. Great service Kevin!

The customer service from Kevin was excellent he came across very friendly, genuine and polite. He introduced himself, offered us a coffee and invited us to try out the new computerised bed that recommended several beds which he took time to show us all and was knowledgeable on each. We went to shop round after our visit but returned a couple of hours later to purchase the mattress in dreams as the service made the sale over all other retailers 👍 as pricing was similar!!!

Quick friendly service with focus on what we needed.

the gentleman who served us was called Ashley. he offered a test on the bed to see what bed was suitable for us this has never been done in any other store he was helpful pointing out what would suit us and explained the making of the beds which was very helpful and most of all I never felt pressured to make a purchase.

The sales assistant Andy at the St Helens store gave us a really excellent service. We didn’t really go into store with any idea what we wanted and he gave us a really personalised experience and we were able to purchase an excellent product.
