Great experience at dreams. Toni was very knowledgable and understanding of my needs. Very friendly and lots of patience whilst I decided on the right mattress choice for myself.

Excellent service from start to end. He was thorough understood my requirements but not pushy.

Having previous experience of Dreams it was the store I went as I’m now disabled and have specific needs and I felt that I would get what I wanted there. The staff could not have been more understanding and helpful - even though it was nearly closing time. The bed I wanted was demonstrated and options discussed at length as I was needing to spend more than I normally would have done. The coffee was an excellent refresher for me thanks. I normally take tea! We are using the pillows while we wait for our new bed delivery, they are really good too. Happily recommend Dreams.

We were not sure what type of mattress we should go for but Julia was really helpful with this. She had bags of product knowledge and showed us all the different types of alternative. To be honest she's partly the reason we purchased. Some sales assistants can be pushy and annoying but Julia was great, really engaging and allowed us to take everything in.

We were greeted immediately on entering the store and asked if we wanted a drink multiple times throughout our visit! Julie kept our little boy occupied whilst we tried the sleep match to find out perfect mattress

Only went in store for a look. For the wardrobe which was perfect for us. Ashley managed to get us an amazing deal on the price and even threw in 4 free pillows and a king size quilt ! Amazing service

The sales adviser Kevin was very professional and had good knowledge of the products. He was also friendly,efficient and made the overall experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family.

The tempura analyser was a great help in deciding what type of mattress we should buy. Kevin was most helpful and oatient and didn't push a sale but advised on all our questions.
