Ashley your store assistant was and is a credit to your company,he was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Myself and my wife were in your store for around 1 hour,Ashley was not pushy and let us look round without hindrance but was always on hand if we needed help. My wife and i are not in the best of health and there was a moment when i felt a little unsure on my feet and Ashley straight away offered us a warm drink,which i thought was a lovely gesture. Kevin greeted me and I explained what I needed and he new exactly what to do and explain everything and he made sure I was certain bout what I was buying is what I wanted I felt happy when I left the store
