Superb service and knowledge off the member of staff

Very attentive without being over powering . Explained the technology that can help to recommend the correct mattress which was good. Genuinely interested in providing the best mattress for our individual needs.

On arrival we were greeted with a friendly happy face. They allowed us to look around the shop instead of being over bearing and in our face. Whilst toni helped us with telling us which mattress suits us the manager of the store took our little girl over to a desk to do some colouring which was very kind and caring. Toni was thorough with the information she gave us and at no point did we feel any pressure to buy a product. Toni and the manager (unsure of his name) were friendly polite professional and most welcoming. They couldn’t have done any more for us .. I would definitely recommended dreams St. Helens to anyone

Greeted straight away by Toni, she really seems to know her job very well and was knowledgeable and informative. Felt like we really mattered.

Our sales advisor Ashley went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to assist us with our new bed purchase. The level of customer service was first class and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. We had previously visited another bed store before going to Dreams and we had a completely different experience with a very pushy salesperson, so it was very refreshing to be served by Ashley at the St. Helens store, he really looked after us in the correct way! Thank you Ashley!

Welcomed as soon as I walked in with a coffee told the assistant exactly what I wanted and was shown a few options then left me to make my mind up si never felt pressured but was always on hand then when i made my mind up he helped to make my purchase quickly and easy

A great welcome from Richard and Kevin. Took time to explain the difference between the beds we were interested in. Went on the bed simulator to find our perfect bed, then Kevin explained the differences, both Kevin and Richard had a tremendous knowledge of the different bed companies. Even let us try different pillows. In the end we bought not only the bed but also 2 pillows, plus the extended warranty. They both had excellent customer skills and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to both for great service and thanks also for the coffee. Dreams should be proud to have two great customer orientated gentlemen working for them.

Kevin who served us in the St.Helens store was an absloute credit to your company. He helped us choose out the perfect bed, mattress and pillows, whilst giving us great knowledge around what would be best suited to us without being to pushy like we found at other places. We would defiently recommend dreams in the future and we will be back asking for Kevin, if we need anything else.
