Couldn’t fault the service I received. I was dealt with by Kevin and he helped me with everything I needed and was very friendly whilst doing so and made my visit very personal to me by discussing individual needs.

From the moment we entered the store, we were made to feel valued as customers. We were greeted by an assistant who took us to a colleague who could deal with the purchase we wanted to make. The assistant was Andy and he had a deep understanding of the products and answered all our questions clearly and knowledgeably. We were offered refreshments and made to feel very welcome. I felt confident in accepting Andy's suggestions and advice.l

We always go to dreams sthelens because the staff are the best it always ends in smiles every time we visit love the man who attended our purchase he also sold us our mattress two years ago so friendly and polite and thoughtful xxx
