Andy and Kevin the sales staff were helpful and couldn’t help enough. They seem like a great team and they are the reason we have bought all our mattress's from dreams.

The dreams assistant (Ashley St Helens branch) was fantastic, a vast product knowledge and was friendly and approachable. A fantastic level of customer service was provided, little touches like providing reading books for the kids and the offer of a hot drink really enhance the customers experience.

WE HAD THE FEELING THAT THE STAFF WHERE NOT ONLY VERY HELPFUL BUT WHERE A JOY TO TALK TO.THEY PUT ARE MINDS AT REST ( PARDON THE PUN) WHICH ENABLED US TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION FOR OUR NEEDS.WE BOTH ENJOYED OUR WELCOME VISIT.
