Dreams - St Helens

I’ve never actually visited a Dreams outlet but was very impressed with the level of attention to detail and overall professionalism of each member of staff we were involved with. We even got a coffee on arrival. The purchase process was quick and easy and everything was explained to the exact detail. Overall a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store, and Kevin the sales specialist.

Knowledgeable and very friendly staff who didn't mither and assisted when needed.

I was allowed to look around and try our beds without being harassed by staff, it then when I wanted help the staff were available, helpful, and friendly. Selecting and ordering a bed was very simply and fast.

Customer service was perfect, every single detail was explained and all option was just provided in a few moments. Recommending.

Customer service was second to none, was offered drinks and help in both of my times in there and received lots of assistance in what i was looking for, all the staff that i spoke to went out their way to help and ensure that we was highly satisfied.

The staff were polite, kind and friendly they were not in your face trying to sell you the items and gave us space to decide on what products we were interested in. We used the machine to calculate which mattress was right for us and the staff member showed us all the products the machine advised.

Andy in the store with his colleague were really helpful and friendly.

quick and easy sales pitch. No pressure , not a problem to go away and think about the purchase etc. Knowledge of the product and the option straight away to use the Sleepmatch system.
