the lady who took care of us Toni helped us choose the right bed and mattress, and used the sleepmatch machine also gave us a nice cup of coffee while we looked at the different options.

I was assisted by Toni who was very helpful, offering coffee/tea and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Based on what we'd discussed Toni offered several options. Other staff within the store were also very friendly and helpful. Although I was offered other items to buy I didn't feel pressurised into buying them - I would have left the store if there was any hard sell. Obviously I'm never going to be 'Highly Satisfied' with the cost of the bed but that's how it is.

My child is austisic and i needed to purchase a strong suitable bed for his needs. Toni in st helens store talked through all the options available and explained the pros and cons of each bed for our sons needs. Nothing was too much trouble she answered any questions we had. We have not received our bed yet but were very happy with the service we received in store.

Staff assisted straight away and were very friendly

I found all the shop staff very nice and friendly. I don’t normally make reviews but I make an exception in this store because they were very good. Each of the staff members introduced themselves to me and I found that to be really nice.

It seems we got the item that was right for both my wife and myself

We had looked online before visiting and had a small idea of what we wanted when coming to the store. However on arrival We were welcomed by the store assistant Andy and he then help us through the whole process of picking the perfect combination of mattress bed and head board. Andy was great with everything, from helping us with dreams bed simulator to picking the actual bed and head board. The whole process was made a lot easier by Andy helping us. When we are usually looking for products we don’t usually like help, but Andy’s whole approach really helped!
