Ordered previous [Double] Thempur mattress and base from Dreams so we returned to upgrade to a [King Size] model of the same model. Bought from a different store due to a recent house move so couldn't find our initial order of two years ago but [Kevin] was very helpful and showed my wife and myself to the range. We knew what we wanted when entering the store and was please to find the assistant not try to flog us another brand. Ordering and delivery were within our time frame.

This store is great, after visitng some other well known stores, this was by far the best for service, product quality, price, and making you feel at ease to take your time to find the right bed for you.

The staff were informative, polite and friendly. Any questions we had were answered. We were looked after and supplied with countless hot drinks whilst we were in store for upwards of 2 and a half hours. Fantastic shopping experience.

Kevin greeted us and enquired as to our visit. When we specified we were interested in mattresses he gave us an overview of styles makes and firmness without being pushy. He was very friendly and helpful. We decided to purchase from you that day - we had just come in for a look, because Kevin provided enough information for us to make a decision.

I visited the store today to help my Aunt purchase a bed, mattress and headboard. After entering the store we received a friendly welcome from a member of staff and were advised of the location of the products in the store. After a short time we were again approached by a member of staff who asked if we needed any assistance. With the high number of products available we definitely needed help and advice. My Aunt advised Kevin, an assistant of her requirements, i.e. the type of bed and mattress preferred and of her reasons why. Initially she was shown a range of mattresses i.e. hard, medium, soft and invited to try them for comfort. Kevin clearly had an excellent knowledge of all the products and his advice was clear and concise. Once a preferred type of mattress was chosen, she was shown a number of makes and models of beds & mattresses and a range of prices. All of our questions were answered by Kevin. My Aunt decided to buy a bed, mattress and headboard and I was confident she was very happy with what she had chosen and the price paid. The good service continued with options for delivery and removal of the old bed and mattress.
