Cleanliness of the store, and good knowledge and applications of Covid regulations. Liked the fact that there was no pressure applied for a sale. This made our decision to buy there much easier.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and gave advice on mattresses I tried, also made recommendations with out pushing a sale. Very helpful. He even knew about my last mattress purchase and compared with my choice on the day.

Ashley was very helpful and friendly. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions confidentiality and professionally. As amateur mattress buyers, he was particularly helpful when choosing the right mattress for us. His manager kindly offered us a coffee whilst we were filling out the paperwork. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.

The store was COVID compliant and strictly adhered to at all times, the store was clean and orderly. The choice offered to us was extensive and met our demands and expectations, I would highly recommend to others.
