Ashley was friendly and knowledgeable he wasn’t pushy or doing the big sales talk. He shielded us well and was well organised and helpful I was super impressed and have already recommended the ship to family and friends

This is the first time in 16 years that we bought a bed and mattress. Ashley spent a long time with us talking us through the best bits for our and our sons new bed. He understood our needs and recommended the best products to us. He was friendly and spoke to my son (who likes to ask a lot of questions) every time he approached him. The order process was quick and explained well.
