This is the first time in 16 years that we bought a bed and mattress. Ashley spent a long time with us talking us through the best bits for our and our sons new bed. He understood our needs and recommended the best products to us. He was friendly and spoke to my son (who likes to ask a lot of questions) every time he approached him. The order process was quick and explained well.

As soon as we walked in the store it was clear my safety was paramount. Covid guidelines and ppe were offered and a member of staff immediately explained all staff were busy but apologised and again made mention of our safety which was reassuring. As soon as a member of staff was free we were attended to. Kevin came over and his knowledge regarding products was evident. He was cognizant of COVID and was efficient and polite. First class service.
