Staff member was highly knowledgeable and patient,was taking mum to buy herself a new bed and it's the first time she had been out since lockdown and was nervous and that's when the salesmans being patient was a huge help to her,he didn't rush us,he offered us bottles of water on several occasions,we soon found a bed+mattress she was happy with so purchased them.The store was clean,not crowded and was a pleasant shopping experience all round.

Members of staff were very helpful and took time to both assess the type of mattress we wanted and explained the benefits.First class service all round

From entering the store we was greeted with a smile and very friendly approach. The sales assistants were not pushy into making a purchase. We was offered a drink on arrival. Nothing was to much trouble for them, very knowledgeable about products and services. Went above and beyond as the store was about to close, as we was waiting for finance to come through, which made them late for closing the store. Richard and Kevin made our experience very pleasant and we will not hesitate to go back and recommend friends and family.
