We were given a very warm welcome. My husband even cracked a joke and the assistant was gracious enough to laugh at his joke, even though I am sure he must have heard that joke a few times. He listened to us and explained things clearly. He was not 'pushy' at all. He had a good knowledge of beds. It was overall a pleasant experience. I would visit there again, should the need arise in the future.

Andrew who served us was professional, friendly and gave us time to talk and discuss options. He had a clear understanding of our needs and there was no pressure. Social distancing rules were strictly adhered to. We had visited another furniture shop earlier in the morning and the service was awful so it was lovely to be well looked after when we visited your store.
