Kevin was the assistant who helped us on Sunday. He explained everything really well as We were undecided which type of base to go for. He was really patient as we asked questions and didn’t push us into making a decision. His product knowledge was great and he explained everything really well so that we could make an informed decision on which bed / mattress was best for us. We felt very safe during our visit, Hand sanitiser was available on the way in, Ppe was put on each mattress before we tried it and there were clear markings on the floor to help with social distancing. There was another store assistant who was cleaning with a spray around the store too which again made us feel safe as everything was clean.

Ashley was very helpful and showed me what I wanted to see he described the features and the colour choice, he processed my order quickly and professionally

we were highly satisfied with dreams as we were asked as we entered to use cleansing gel by the shop rep and he stayed with us during our whole visit first by using the mattress checking technology through picking the divan , mattress, and headboard we wanted to the colour and finally to ordering of the bed and talking us through the delivery and set up system used, we were also given a coffee as we were listening to all the detail and ordering.

Richard was the guy who served us in the St. Helens store. He was fabulous, so friendly and made us feel right at home! Me and my partner are just in process of purchasing our first house so his advice put us right at ease and he couldn’t have helped us anymore. We will definitely return in the future and recommend to friends and family!
