We were able to hand sanitise on entering the store. We met a friendly assistant who after we explained what we wanted, took us to the appropriate part of the store and we were shown various tempur mattresses. The different types were explained to us and we tried out various mattresses before making our final choice. We were not under any pressure from the salesman and the final choice was ours. Our experience was exceptional and we had professional advice.

Andrew was very knowledgeable. I was not rushed and all of my questions were answered. All of the staff were very friendly, but were aware of social distancing guidelines. However, this did not affect how amiable the staff were.
