The moment we entered the store it was clean and pleasant, both me and my partner were welcome and offered a drink, the machine to helpe find a good mattress for me was really good and the staff were polite and respectful as well as knowledgable.

Everything was explained, we were allowed to take our time looking and chosing the products, offered drinks, the staff are welcoming and very helpful.
