Dreams - Havant

I had placed an order with another bed company and had waited 7 weeks for my bed to arrive , on the delivery day I heard nothing from them and my bed did not turn up, upon calling the other company I was told their computer systems were down and they had no way of processing or delivering items. I was basically told to wait for a call, this all me being without a bed to sleep in. The next day they rang to tell me the bed would be arriving so I was very happy , but unfortunately the base because it’s the wider one would not fit up my stairs so the order was returned and I was left again... with no bed to sleep in. I went straight to Dreams who offered the sleep test for me as I suffer with my back , I explained my awful situation to a lovely lady who did everything she could to help me find what I needed . I found everything I wanted and needed and am now waiting to receive my new bed on Wednesday 9 th June, it wasn’t the date I would of liked but it was the quickest they could arrange a delivery of my new bed . I literally cannot wait to receive my new bed from Dreams.

Havant dreams store were very polite and helpful during our visit to the store nothing was too much trouble for the staff on shift they were very friendly and attentive to us leaving us to discuss what we wanted to do not pushy at all .

The whole experience was positive. Lovely friendly and efficient staff. Excellent product knowledge. Felt very Covid safe. Fast processing of order.

Our assistant was Gemma who is a brilliant advertisement for Dreams. She was helpful, patient (my mother is 88) and a joy to deal with.

Service was excellent. Items bought were very good price. the whole experience was most enjoyable.

Julie at the Havsnt Store was amazing. My order was originally an online order but your warehouse was so far behind and slow and the phone centre for customer services was diabolic I sought help from branches closer to me. The Bognor branch gound that Havant had stock so Julie at Havant liaised with cusstomer services to arrange for me to collect from that branch. Julie should train your customer services team!

We were dealt with by Julie - After a warm welcome we were provided with the insight to selecting the right Mattress, we did not realise that this was such a scientific process but we bought into it and we got it down to 3 mattresses, Julie provided us with coffee and some insight in the decision making process which led us to our decision. We were very impressed.
