When I walked in I was greeted with a hello even though the staff were busy, they asked if I needed help, then left me to browse. When I made my desision I was able to explain that I needed a mattress for my son who is disabled and the problems I had endured recently with him, as he had a big op just weeks ago. The assistant was lovely we had a quick chat then ordered mattress and headboard. Very friendly and very helpful. Cheered me up as it felt like I was talking to a friend.

The staff were very helpful, gave me lots of advice and I tested the beds out, changed the mattress an upgrade, got mattress cover and sheets, sorted out Delivery day help me to my car with the purchases I had brought, will go back once bed been deliver to get bedside cupboard or Chest of drawers very happy with what I was shown

Friendly staff, no hard sell and an informative overall purchase

The staff member who assisted us was very helpful, she asked our requirements, made a few suggestions and left us to browse/try out mattresses, yet made sure to check in and see how we were getting on. Very good. We were able to find a bed that was exactly what we wanted within a price range that we were willing to pay.

So simple pick the desired bed and pay for it staff were so helpful made the process easy

We were met and assisted throughout by Gemma, who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was able to answer all our queries and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. She didn't give us a 'hard sell', but allowed us to take our quote home to discuss. When we returned to place our order, she recommended we tried our chosen bed again, with the pillows we'd chosen, to be sure both were right. She is a great ambassador for your company and a credit to you. Based on our experience, I will be recommending your company.

Excellent customer service

Your colleague Gemma was very helpful, not at all pushy but gave us useful information related to the purchase process and the products themselves as well as making me a cup of coffee when it got to the stressful business of finally deciding what to buy. Very good choice of mattresses and very good quality available.
