Assistants were really friendly and helpful. Didn't feel pressured into making a quick decision. They clearly explained where to find the information that we needed. Beds were clearly labelled with type of mattress and firmness. Liked the colour coding as was very easy to see from a distance which ones we didn't want. Showroom was nice and bright and clean. Wasn't cramped so very easy to move between the beds to try out different ones. Hot drink was great as we were in there for some time. Assistants were able to answer questions on differences between the mattresses. They were knowledgable and not pushy. Didn't even feel pressured into taking the extra protection. Beds were clean even though they must have been laid on by a number of people trying them out. Paying at the end was also quite quick. Getting a delivery date. Didn't take long.

the customer assistant was extremely helpful - she was able to recommend for us what would be suitable. It was very easy to decide & she was able to process my order immediately & arrange delivery & assembly very quickly. Was very impressed with the quality & price of the products & the speed of the order being delivered

Great customer service from Julie. Made the experience much more pleasurable. Had previously been to the Fareham store where service was not as good as that given by Julie at Havant. Can't thank her enough.

Although we were welcomed on entry to the store no one 'jumped' on us but gave us some time to look around before checking to see if we needed any assistance and also if we would like a drink. Initially we said no but were asked again a short time later and at this time did ask for assistance. Ash was very helpful and listened to what we said and what we were looking for. He informed us which matrresses were better for what we were looking for and then allowed us time to try them out. We eventually were looking at a clearance mattress and he helped and directed our choice with no judgement on the fact that we weren't buying a brand new one. He again offered us a drink and then sorted quickly and efficiently the payment. On looking at delivery dates he gave us a range of dates and times and we chose the one best suited for us. He explained all the details and said that our purchase would be wrapped that day and put in the stockroom ready for the delivery date. He was very clear and easy to talk to.

We were able to try out a wide variety of mattresses and the sales associates were very helpful without being over baring. The prices were a little more than we had hoped but with a few sales going on we were able to find what we were wanting.

WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE WHOLE SERVICE FOM START TO FINISH. WE WERE SERVED BY GEMMA AND HER POLITE FRIENDLY ATTITUDE WAS SECOND TO NONE. SHE HAD EXCELLENT PRODUCT KNOWLEGE AND WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO PLEASE US, EVEN ASKED US IF WOULD LIKE A COFFEE. YOU DONT OFTEN GET A PERSONAL FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE LIKE THIS FROM OTHER STORES, BUT SHE IS A REAL CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY AND I HAVE ALREADY SAID THIS ON MY FAEBOOK PAGE THAT WE WOULD RECCOMEND HER AND THE HAVANT DREAMS STORE TO EVERYONE. NO HASSLE PURCHASE, AND MADE A COMPLICATED TASK OF CHOOSING EASY. THE PRODUCT RANGE IS GREAT WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY PRODUCTS TOO. I WILL DEFINATELY RETURN SOON FORSOME OTHER ITEMS. A BIG WELL DONE AND THANKYOU.
