Dreams - Havant

The layout was really easy with the colour coding on the different types of mattresses. I knew I wanted to try memory foam, so tried the red colour coded mattress. This was all explain by Mathew who was very approachable and friendly.

I have purchased beds from dreams before and would recommend the company to friends and colleagues

Gemma your member of staff spent some time with us explaining the options and prices available. We were made very welcome and the shopping experience was pain free

Gemma was very friendly and helpful, knew alot about the different mattresses. Offered us a drink too which was lovely as it was freezing. Had to come in a day later and was served by Julie also very nice and helpful

Each bed was clearly marked with size,price and sale reduction.As we only wanted a matrress this too was marked on the ticket

We highly commend Julie for her excellent customer care and high quality service delivered. Dreams should be justifiably proud of having someone like Julie delivering such an excellent customer experience.

Andrew our salesman was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no rushing us to make a decision and he was all round very helpful and accommodating.
