Dreams - Havant

I visited both Waterlooville and Havant stores. Employees in both were helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Most importantly they were not pushy and salesy.

We were served straight away as we knew what we wanted.

We were given the details we required from the outset and left to make up our own minds which product suited us best. The assistant was always on hand for any requirements from us.

Julie was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. She took the time to understand our needs and go through all the options with us to ensure we were happy with our decision. A credit to the company.

I just feel the staff was friendly and hopefully and would recommend them. Mi called on Saturday and they new I was coming and remembered this. Excellent customer service through out and remembered me when I returned to make a purchase today and the product I wanted ...methanol I hope the install is just as great as the purchase and pleased it's been extended in the warranty package

Both Gemma and Julie at the store made us welcome and offered us refreshment while we tried out various mattresses. They were both very knowledgable and it was great to be left to have a good look around and try the mattresses at our ease and not pressured.
