Dreams - Havant

I knew I needed a new bed and matress but I had no idea that there was such a wide selection regarding these items (must be a man thing) but with the help of Julie we managed to whittle the selection down to bed size,colour and firmness of mattress. Here's me thinking a bed is a bed and a mattress is a mattress after all these years nice to see you's looking after people's requirements,if Julie hadn't been there I would have gone to the ''two bob bed shop'' and bought the cheapest bed and mattress regardless to what I really needed.

I had previously seen an advert on your web site, Ashleigh or Ashley knew exactly what I was talking about .When I entered the shop he was dealing with another customer yet he acknowledged me within minutes .I waited just a few minutes ,He was very helpful ,knowledgable,friendly yet professional at all times .He was able to answer all my questions I was very impressed

Went in to look for replacement pillow as had a dreams one previously which my wife liked but unfortunately this 1 was no longer available. Spoke with Gemma in store who then showed us the 1 now sold which had same filling & outer, she gave us advice on all other pillows explaining the differences, we bought the Therapur Cool Pillow as my wife get hot turns pillow to stay cool, she is very happy with this pillow. We got talking about mattresses she was very good showed us the different types & explained why some would be more suited to our needs. We will defiantly return to store when we need to replace ours.

I was going to order on the internet but have also found staff to be very helpful so decided to oder in store. Was glad I did as service was excellent - I paid for the delivery which online you don't but I feel confident that if anything was wrong your staff would sort it out instantly. I have been in three times and each time staff have been excellent.

The staff were very helpful and there was a wide range of mattresses to choose from and they informed me of the special offer meaning I saved over £100 by placing the order the day after viewing the products.

Was well impressed with the lay out of the shop and the way we were treated and not put under any sales pressure,the range of beds was fantastic and the gentleman that served us was so helpful

I was highly satisfied with the service I received! Martin at Havant was very knowledgeable and gave me all the advice and help I needed! I never once felt pressurised into buying anything. I was t rushed into making any decision there and then! The process of placing the order was lovely and relaxing and offered coffee or tea! I will highly recommend Dreams to friends and family! We went to the dreams store in Havant 15/08/2016 Julie introduced herself and explained how the beds and mattresses in the store were laid out and the different colours for the different types of mattresses. She offered us a pillow to try out the different mattresses. We then left the store that evening as we wanted to browse the competitive market. We went back to the store on 16/08/2016 and Julie was working. We looked again to make sure it was definitely the bed frame and mattress we liked and then Julie took us through our purchase. She offered us refreshments before we started. The purchasing process took about 20 minutes but that was because Julie took the time to explain all the information we needed to know. She also explained to us about the 8 year guarantee and products the store sold but didn't pressure us into buying them. This made us feel comfortable and able to make a decision to buy the 8 year guarantee without the pressure from the staff. Overall we were very impressed with the service we received from when we entered the store to when we left.
