Very helpful and attentive staff.

Store Assistant greeted me and came to my assistance straight away. Gave me info I needed.

As soon as I entered the shop, I was welcomed by a lovely big smile and happy assistant,(Julie) .she asked me if I needed any help,or would I like some time to browse first & she would pop over once I had a good look around ! Not to hesitate if I had any questions about the beds or anything else I was browsing at. Once I had had a good look around she came over( still smiling & very happy to help)she went through all the different beds, mattresses & headboards very thoroughly to get exactly what I was looking for.i tried a great number of different mattereses, and she talked me through all of them!! Until I found the one for me..very very pleased with product & the way Julie presented herself & the product...

I purchased just what I wanted

Andrew and Gemma (Havant branch) were very friendly and very helpful. They gave unbiased and helpful advice and made my wife and I very welcome. The store had the products we wanted and the order process was simple. The only negative is the long wait time now (6 weeks) to deliver our bed.

Staff were very helpful, asked we would like a drink while we were waiting, suggested buying specific pillows for the type of bed.

We were allowed time to browse before being asked if we needed anything, products we were interested in were explained in detail and demonstrated. We were offered a selection of drinks even before we decided to buy. The sales assistant was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The range of beds/pillows was good and once we had decided to buy a new bed then the sales process was quick and easy.

Your sales representative at Havant, Ashley, was most helpful. He had a very good knowledge of all the mattress that we were interested in and gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision. So much better than some of the other stores that we have been in which had pushy attitudes and little knowledge.

Very friendly staff, couldn't fault the service i received.
