Ashley from the Havant branch was very helpful. I explained what was wanted and the reason why ( dad coming out of hospital) Ashley explained everything and was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Really friendly staff I'm a fusy person to please

Staff were very friendly, took the time to go through how to choose an appropriate mattress and all of the options available. Gave me space to go and try out mattresses and decide upon one I liked. Very efficient and friendly advice given.

I had recently returned from a holiday in France and slept on the mattress I ended up buying.i hada good look round without being pestered on pressurised at any point, the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and fully understood my needs

I went to the Havant Store and I was impressed by the approach of the team there. I was looking for a new Tempur Bed, I quite happily tried different beds and I like the fact that they waited to see me trying for 10 minutes or so. The sales guy Andrew, came over and just said if you need help or advice just let me know, i didn't feel pestered or rushed. When I asked for his help he came straight over, Andrew came across as very friendly, knowledgeable but the great thing was he listened and advised. I went away with a purchase and he got a well deserved, well earnt sale. And I was given a coffee whilst we were doing the paperwork.

Gemma our sales assistant was fantastic she gave us time to browse but made sure we had all the help and information we needed. she was very friendly and made us feel comfortable As did the other 2 sales assistants they were all very easy to talk to And I would reccomended this store to anyone

Visited the carpet shop first next door and was able to take the bed swabs (material colour chart) to match up the same colour carpet.Julie was very helpful explaining the choices of storage this is out 3rd bed and matters we have bought and are planning to buy our other son a new bed in July,will always recommend very helpful and friendly.

What I wanted at a price I was prepared to pay.
