Meet sales lady Julie who said good morning left us a few moment to look around then asked if she could help us we talked about our needs and we decided on the bed we have brought no pressure just advice.

Amazing sales assistant Julie - her product knowledge was unbelievable, didn't have to refer to anything, it was all in her head. Made choosing the right product easy and quick. She was also very friendly and welcoming, considering that the store was due to close shortly after our arrival.

We were made to feel welcome and the sales assistant was really helpful in showing us the different types of interiors of the mattresses and explained how they worked. We weren't harassed as some shops do but left t browse and just checked on to see if we needed any assistance, we were also asked if we would like a drink that is something that doesn't happen in other shops. A most enjoyable shopping trip.

I was able to find what I wanted quickly and the sales assistant was helpful in suggesting other products

Sales assistant was very helpful without being too pushy. He answered all our questions then gave us time alone to make a decision. The service he gave us made us feel comfortable and confident to make a decision straight away rather than wanting to go away and think about it. Without his input we may not have purchased the bed at that visit.

Very informative, professional and helpful service

The two ladies made us feel very comfortable. They helped my mum find the bed she needed and gave me a coffee to recover from some shocking news not that they knew about that. She is in the early stages of dementia and actually had her skirt inside out. They were kind, empathetic and sympathetic to her needs. I would now not think of shopping elsewhere. If these were my staff I would use them to train others.

Overall the staff were friendly and knowledgeable in helping us to find the right bed for our daughter.
