Dreams - Havant

When we entered the store we were acknowledged and asked if we were having a good day then we were left to browse the assistant made it clear he was there to help when we were ready but he was NOT in our faces and left us to look round which we really liked he was not pushy at all but was very helpful.

We were welcomed on arrival at the store, but, left alone to browse at our own pace. When we asked for assistance, Julie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the various options available. We were also offered tea or coffee. After helping us with a second set of advice, Julie then quickly and efficiently made all the necessary order arrangements and made sure we were happy. Thank you very much!

the staff member was very helpful, and knew what she was talking about, she helped us narrow down our selection quickly, and didn't try and push us beyond our budget

Ashley the assistant was very helpful ,polite and courteous.He was able to show us different options available to enable us to make our choice. We like the fact that old mattress can be collected the same day as the new one is delivered and have the option to change the date of delivery.

Julie was helpful, listened to our needs and met them. She communicated well and when she said she would do something or find something out, she did so and got back to me quickly. We came to trust her and so wanted to buy our bed from her.

I called into Havant Branch just to look at mattresses and asked if it would be possible to order there and delivery in Cornwall where I live Ashley said of course and was extremely friendly and helpful I am looking forward to delivery Tuesday next

I purchased a bed from you before and was going in the havant store to chose a replacement and julie the lady who was working was very polite and helpful nothing was to much so I also purchased a quilt cover
