Made to feel welcome Julie was very helpful but not pushy

The assistant who helped made the experience very pleasant. She was friendly but not at all pushy like I experienced in other stores. She explained the lay out, handed me a pillow of my choice then just left me to shop and try products in my own time. Exactly what I wanted as these type of stores are often branded with a pushy sales team. Then when I narrowed my decision down, she had good knowledge of the products to help me make my delicious.

customer service was excellent, very helpful in finding what we were looking for and arranging delivery for when it was most convenient for us and removal of old bedding

We found the sales advisor very knowledgable and extremely helpful. She made us feel at ease and did not give us the hard sell. She listened to our needs and fulfilled them extremely well. I will always recommend dreams to family and friends, once we are in a position to purchase a new mattress we will not go anywhere else. Thank you

Both assistants, Andy and Mariola, were excellent in dealing with our order. I was ordering from for my daughter who lives in London, I was ordering in Havant and delivery was to be in Essex. I have an email of the items needed but not had seen the items myself. They were patient and helpful and very friendly. After we had completed the order and the finance we realised that they was a 4 week delivery. We decided to split the delivery and they sorted this out for us. They are a credit to your store.

allowed to look around on our own without pressure but did shows us what the different colours meant so that we new what beds to looks at.

The member of staff, Mariola and her colleague Julie where very welcoming, Julie was content to entertain the children whilst my wife and I discussed our purchase with Mariola. The store was clean and tidy. The store looked like it had recently been refurbished. There was a small patch of carpet behind the service desks which was worn and it appeared that it had been forgotten as part of the refit. However, it was a talking point. Mariola was knowledgable about the three different beds we enquired about and we did not feel at all hassled into making a purchase.

Staff were attentive but not pushy. They were available to ask questions about products, and then left us to make our own decisions without any sales pressure. Altogether this made our visit a pleasant experience and we are happy with the product we purchased. This visit today will ensure that we will return.
