Having previously purchased goods from dreams the experience of good service we had was replicated once again

The employees are really friendly and understanding. They gave me and my other half a variety of choices on beds and mattresses and answered all our questions and problems. We now have an order for a TV bed and new mattress en route.

We had every help and plenty of time spent in making our choices. There were also bargains to be had in terms of accessories. Almost all of the possible options were available in store.

Mariola was very helpful and assisted us in making the right purchase.

I came with my mother who has severe arthritis and is deaf. Julie made sure that she matched the beds to my mothers needs and gave lots of assistance to make sure she was able to select without being rushed and to be comfortable. She also explained everything clearly, writing some things down to compensate with her deafness. She explained all the insurance as well which we also took out. This is the second mattress we have bought from this store in the last few months and we have been very happy with how helpful they have been.

Great customer service,friendly assistance and the products are in good condition,the Havant store has a lot of products and friendly workers.

The assistant showed great courtesy and patience in listening to our requirements and going through the products in great detail.

Simply very good helpful service and very knowledgable staff for me there is nothing worse than going into a store ready to buy and be ignored .This was not the case
