Customer service was excellent! We were helped by Julie who was polite and happy and very helpful with our questions. Directed us to try out the pillows on the beds and offered to take our selections to the till while we looked around. Very welcoming!!

We were greeted on entering the store, but not pestered. Very friendly staff , a nice smile and a chat goes along way. Well done excellent customer service skills.

After discussing our requirement with the salesperson we were invited to try out the mattresses - all was very straight forward and hassle free.

The colleagues were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have me all the help I required. The computer system was having problems and they has to call the it department. They were very apologetic about this and tried there beat to get my order placed as quickly as possible.

Ashley helped the process of looking and choosing knowing when to assist and when to give me time to decide myself the bed I wanted.

We had been to another smaller store to browse. So we went to a larger store to see if there were more products to which we found the bed we wanted half price as the store was being refitted! Result!

Having looked elsewhere we came to Dreams recommended by our son, a customer. We were particularly attracted to the option to change the mattress after a short period if we were unhappy with it - after all over £1,000 investment is quite big only to be dissatisfied. I think it is a definite MSP. The availability of similar options in store was impressive and saved time trailing round other stores. The discount is much appreciated and also the cover insurance. The short order to delivery interval was a surprise.
