Very friendly staff and helped with my needs, got a great bargain on the frame, since buying the mattress have seen it cheaper in same stall, but overall I was happy.

I suffer with a bad back and need a bed that suits that problem. I explained this to the sales rep who recommended a bed, the very first one was just perfect, although I did try a few othersout, his recommendation was spot on!!.

Andrew had a good sense of humour and was able to meet our demands within a short visit to the store.

On entering the store I was instantly met and greeted by Mariola who asked if I needed help. After explaining I was after a mattress Mariola spent considerable time taking me (a total mattress novice) through all the different types etc. encouraging my to try them out to find the one suitable for me. Although she was with me all the time I felt no pressure to buy the first thing I saw. I eventually decided on a mattress and she processed the transaction quickly and efficiently. I went back with a friend whos car had a roof rack to pick it up and it was all ready and waiting. Many thanks to Mariola for guiding me through the mattress decision process and making my purchase a very pleasant experience.
