Great customer service and a great price

LOOKING FOR BEDING AND WAS TOLD OF THE SHOP CLERANCE SALE SAVING MONEY ON MY PURCHASE

From the moment we stepped into the store Julie was a DREAM. Not only did she make my husband and I feel very welcome with a nice cup of tea whilst we discussed our requirements but she make the whole experience of purchasing a new bed very easy to understand. Our joint love of cats even helped when discussing which bed they would prefer too! We particularly travelled to this store rather than one nearer to home because we felt valued as customers. Thank you Julie.

Customer assistant was extremely helpful without being "pushy". Gave us plenty of time to make our decision to buy the bed.

Great shop great assistance with everything

I received a warm welcome the moment I entered the store. There was A=a lovely lady assistant called Mariola who served me. She offered me a cup of tea and gave me all the information I needed plus an insight into products I may consider in the future. This was extremely helpful. I did not expect such helpful service from a member of your staff and am delighted I got it.

Mariola, the saleswoman was excellent. She was personable and friendly without being at all pushy, efficient one couldn't have wished for better service.

Told the assistant what we required She was very helpful and described everything about mattress and beds. The big selling point was the forces discount. More places should do this, thanks for your respect.

The gentleman who served us was knowlegable and extremely helpful but certainly not pushy. The lady also chatted as we wondering around, and again not pushy. Excellent staff at Havant branch.
