Very helpful assistant and well laid out store

The staff were friendly and helpful, taking the time to listen and understand our needs. We would particularly like to thank the assistant who helped us, Mariola. She was very attentive and friendly with great product knowledge.

The welcome on entering the store was lovely. Warm and friendly but not at all pushy. Julie, who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated via the sample models what each type of matress did. I do have a back problem and she was able to give me the accurate information to enable me to select the best matress for me. The collection of the old matress is a great idea and the quick delivery was most appreciated. Julie gave a first class service, nothing was too much trouble... she even made me a lovely cup of coffee. A very happy customer indeed. I would just add that I went into the Portsmouth Store by Morrison's earlier that day and did not receive any level of service at all. There were 5 people just chatting aroudn the till - one did come over holding a water bottle that she had been drinking out of. There was no explanation as to the different types of mattress which is what I needed. So very pleased that I did in fact go into Havant and met with Julie (sorry I didnt get her surname).

We had looked on line for the bed frame and just needed to test mattress out. Julie the assistant was very helpful and explained colour codes to me and all about the mattress. Told me to take as long as I needed trying them out, which I did. Then went to Julie and transaction was dealt with very quickly.

The store assistance was very good and did offer us refreshment during our visit and we were very pleased with the delivery times ad allowed us time to dispose of old bed
