Dreams - Havant

It is difficult to get excited about buying a mattress, especially for the price you need to pay. :) Julie, the lady that assisted us, was very helpful but I found the test results confusing - I didn't quite see the benefit of the test or understood how the choices were presented. My husband and I visited Dreams to purchase a mattress, and we got the outcome we wanted. Dreams was and still would be the store of our choice.

Base and mattress were not displayed together! Pocket sprung mattress not with sprung base unit.

Told by sales girl when we arrived that delivery was 1 - 2 weeks then when purchase had gone through told that there was no delivery available before 4 weeks and she couldn't book a slot as the planner only went 4 weeks ahead so will have to wait to be contacted upto 8 weeks
