The 'PPE' (mattress protector) was nothing more than a large roll of paper. In itself not a problem other than it was perforated in sections which tore quite easily during trying out several mattresses.

The salesman was very nice and attentive and not pushy but a little limp. He had to ask another member of staff for info but he was very nice and professional about it so was probably new. The lead time to delivery is very long - 7 weeks!
