The salesman was very nice and attentive and not pushy but a little limp. He had to ask another member of staff for info but he was very nice and professional about it so was probably new. The lead time to delivery is very long - 7 weeks!

The experience with both the store and the staff were as satisfactory as expected. We returned to Dreams as we had purchased a bed from this branch of Dreams last year.

It was ok not really enough staff to cope with the clientele in the shop but I'm a paceint person so not really a big issue.

It is rather expensive when compared with many competitors, and the staff were (understandably) very salesy - some of the sales techniques were a bit roll the eye cliche, but hey - it got the sale I suppose and I am happy with the product I have purchased.

Prices were reasonable but not stunning - no real savings for supposed Black Friday sale (there rarely is where ever one chooses to shop). Ottoman base chosen is overpriced for the construction (but it fits with our colour/furniture scheme) and this was the best choice for us out of those on display. Service in the shop by Richard was good, he was attentive and patient (still think we should have bought the more expensive mattress but this is the one the wife preferred! All about compromises if you want a good nights sleep in the bed and not on the settee!)

What stopped a Highly Satisfied score was the staff member trying to persuade me to buying extra products like duvets etc. If I wanted extra products, I would ask for it.

We were told that we would not be charged to have our old matress removed on arrival of the new one. Once home found we were charged £40.

It was a quite time to visit, the store was empty, so browsing was a good experience. Richard the colleague that assisted us was polite and friendly.
