Dreams - Havant

I had seen beds displayed on the website before coming to the store but not all head boards were displayed and I found it hard to visualise. We opted for the Lucia bed which was completely different to what we were originally going to get. We went to two dreams stores, one in waterlooville and one in Havant. The shop in waterlooville felt like a secondhand warehouse store. Havant store was a lot easier to look around. The staff in both were very pleasant and knew the products and offers well.

Thought there would be better offers in the sale. Although there was reference to 50% discounts there didn't seem many set at that rate

I still felt that the product price was too high. I asked about further discount but there did not seem to be any negotiation.

Always room for improvement

No matter where you shop there is always room improvement no one is perfect

I would never expect to give a total highly satisfied. The ratings I have given mostly are for the how I was greeted by staff member and the help and advice. I have to admit your staff are very helpful and completely clear without being over bearing to complete another sale.

The store representative was a little lacking in experience and information. We discovered by accident a discounted line which helped us financially, we feel this should have been pointed out. It seemed to take a long time processing our information. However, he was very friendly and courteous.

Have to wait 2 weeks for delivery

Lack of mattress availability in store and delivery lead time.

I thought Richard was good but maybe a little over-eager. He did get me some juice though which was nice. We got a good deal on the cover and the assembly too.
