There was no air conditioning in the store it was very hot and uncomfortable all the staff were sweating and not conducive to spending long times there

I was satisfied with the visit. I went only to buy bedding rather than a bed so didn't need so much attention to help me buy. The lady that served me was lovely though.

We'd spent over £3200 at this store a few weeks before. When I tried to return an unused tempur mattress protector(costing £70) the manageress told me, she wouldn't take the sheet back because we'd opened the bag to look at the sheet. we were not happy with the feel of it. I felt she lacked customer skills and she was too money driven and had no compassion,we didn't feel like a valued customer. Luckily for us we had to return it to the store we'd brought it from, which was Waterlooville. Now the manager there is absolutely brilliant and was very helpful. In hind site, I would take my bed, matress, pillows and headboard back to havant and re-buy them from Waterlooville.

The Dreams representative Gemma was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about the products I was viewing. She made the ordering process simple, easy to understand and took the time to answer my many questions in full. Gemma even offered me a cup of tea/coffee while I was browsing. Overall I am very happy with the customer service I received at Dreams. I chose to support Dreams in view of their reputation for good quality products. However, I was deeply disappointed to find that Dreams does not publically support the incredible, lifesaving staff of the NHS through a product discount - a 10% discount is only extended to members of the Armed Forces. In view of this, I would carefully consider whether or not I would recommend Dreams to my NHS colleagues before they considered competitors such as Furniture Village, CFS and Debenhams who already offer an NHS staff discount through the Health Service Discounts website. I sincerely hope this situation changes in future.
