all was fine until the point of placing the order when the sales person computer system did not seem to be working and the information had to be entered twice which took a lot of time. During this I was offered insurance that I declined but in the confusion I was charged for this. THis was only spotted by my checking the bill and queried this - found it was the insurance that had been added. This will be rectified but I will need to monitor my Credit card bill to ensure this has happened and I have lost confidence in the store following this

STAFF EXTREMELY RUDE, DECIDED TO CHANGE MY ORDER WHICH MEANT PAYING MORE MONEY TO THE SHOP IT WAS ALL TO MUCH OFAN EFFORT FOR THEM AND BECAME ANTI TOWARDS ME.

The product is slightly over 5 foot, and therefore bedding does not fit It claims to be gel based for optimum temperature- this is a rubbish claim. As the temperature got higher today, it smelt of plastic/chemicals

The gentleman who served me was unhappy with me being there until I made a £200 purchase. Only then he was very helpful and polite

Ladies just sat at the desk and didnt come over and help. Didnt ask us at all what sort of mattress we were after or our price range. Not helpful in the slightest. Felt like we were an inconvenience in the store.

Cancelation of my order On my first visit to Portsmouth Branch, I was advised that a bunkbed would be available for viewing in Havant. Driving to Havant store, we then found that there was no bunkbed on display there either. The staff in Havant (Julie) was very nice and showed the options available (electronically). No dimensional information other than the overall height and length + width was available. Julie tried to find out from everywhere to no avail. We placed and order with the option of finding the dimensions on Tuesday. On Tuesday I was on the phone to customer service for 30min with no success. Eventually I phoned the shop and they found the information for me. As the dimension between the bunkbeds was too low (87cm total), we decided to cancel the order. I was advised that I have to contact the customer service for this as the shop can not help me. If this is a type of service/ problems I get at the beginning, I have to think that challenges I will experience after the delivery of the goods. For this reason I find it difficult to recommend Dreams to others. B.R
